WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

The default shipping for these cards will be as a letterbox package. The price for this will vary between 5 and 12 euros, depending on the country it is shipped to. I would recommend looking up the rates for shipping from the Netherlands to your country prior to ordering, so there won't be suprises. 
The shipping does NOT include tracking by default, except for Dutch orders. If you'd like to add track&trace to the package, it'd have to be upgraded to a non-letterbox shipment. Please send me a message if you'd like this to be the case.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

Because these items are made-to-order, I can't cancel an order once the production has started. If there is a defect or the item got damaged during shipping, please contact me at shaperatarot.gmail.com with a photo of the problem, and you'll be issued a refund or a new deck.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL. IS THAT A PROBLEM?

Fortunately, you don't need a PayPal account to transfer the money with the link. If there is another issue, let me know, and we'll work something out.

WILL THERE EVER BE A THIRD PREORDER?

The fact that there is even a second, is flabbergasting to me. I certainly hope there will be a third, but time will have to tell. Despite selling tarot cards, I am not a fortune teller.

If you need a bit more time to make the payment, please let me know. I'll keep your deck until the payment is made. If you are unable to pay after the cards are already printed, and you'd like to cancel the order, I'd ask you to only cover the cost of printing (€15).
